The starting point
Festka builds world-class handcrafted carbon bikes; enthusiasts buy them from California to Japan. A brilliant product, a strong brand among those in the know. But no systematic international sales process: no dealer network, no channel to retailers and fitting studios around the world. Sales ran on direct orders and chance encounters.
What we built
Two parallel tracks with one goal: get a Czech brand in front of the right retailers worldwide.
- Track 1 · Dealers: premium cycling studios and retailers on key markets.
- Track 2 · Fitting studios: bike-fitting studios as the natural partner for custom geometry, reached in 9 languages.
10 campaigns in 9 languages in total. Every market got sequences written for its region and buying culture, not translated from English. Top-performing markets: Spanish- and Polish-speaking.

The takeaway
A niche premium product with a global audience doesn't need a distributor in every country. It needs a systematic, localized channel to the right partners. And that can be built in months, not years.
