The starting point
Moser makes hand-blown, lead-free crystal in Karlovy Vary and sells it to luxury retailers, interior designers, yacht and jet outfitters, and drinks brands around the world. International acquisition ran on existing distributors, trade fairs, and inbound. Sales history lived in Raynet, but outreach happened outside it, so nobody could see which companies had been contacted, by whom, or what they said.
What we built
- A mapped market, not a bought list. 46 reference luxury brands traced through their store locators and dealer networks to about 9 500 distribution points and 7 960 distinct companies. For the drinks segment, about 2 600 wine and spirits brands scored against the brief, 653 in Priority A. Every company passed a luxury-fit gate; 1 574 were dropped for not meeting the bar.
- Named decision-makers in the buyer's language. 1 645 named owners, CEOs, brand leads, and gifting or partnerships leads at about 900 drinks brands and 30 groups, 96% with verified emails, across 60 countries. Sequences in English, French, and German, approved by Moser before launch.
- RevOps built in from day one. Every contact is checked against Moser's negative audience (about 11 000 emails and 3 000 domains from the ERP and Raynet exports) and against every other Moser campaign. Every sent email is written into Raynet hourly: the company is matched by registration number, name, or domain, the contact person is created with their position, and the email is logged as an activity. A positive reply creates a Lead with the full thread attached. Zero manual entry.

The takeaway
Outbound at this scale only works when the CRM is part of the channel. Because every send and reply lands in Raynet automatically, Moser's sales team sees the full history per company and picks up positive replies the same day. The data discipline is what makes a luxury brand comfortable sending under its CEO's name. See RevOps and Outbound.
